Thirsty Thursday - Issue #1

Spotlighting Sassy Cassy's
Quenching your Entrepreneurial Thirst

Today I made a discovery.
Whilst catching up on my social media world, and frolicking down the many rabbit holes of the blog & twitter world, I discovered a great and wonderful thing.

Boots.
Custom made boots. For women who have trouble finding boots.

I'm not talking about women who have a hard time finding books they like.

I'm talking about women who find boots they like everywhere and then... (dun dun dun) they don't fit!

Now, I understand that I may not have many readers (yet?), and I understand that a large number of you may have awesomely great and insanely toned legs.

But I don't (I really blame my jeans.... er genes), even when I was in the best shape of my short little life, I still had larger-than-normal-legs.

So, I've basically given up on finding pairs of killer boots [with the exception of f'uggs... aka fake uggs] that are actually going to zip alllllll the way up my legs.

But today, the clouds opened up, and the heaven's parted, and visions of custom made [and affordable] boots came floating out of the sky.

Meet Cassandra, a Langley local [local to me, anyhow] who had the brilliant idea of offering sweet stylish calf-fitting boots. Her boots were already a hit by the likes of Martina McBride and Buffy Sainte-Marie after only 4 days in business. Now isn't that the kind of luck all aspiring entrepreneur's hope for!

So, if you are like me and looking for a solution to your boot woes [or if you are simply out to support local business woman hoping to make a difference] do make sure to head on over to www.sassycassys.com and share some of that love I know you have stored up in there somewhere.

That's all the quenching I have for today.

Make sure to check back next Thursday for a new thirst-induced post.

one love
